Its Friday! and the best possible way to cheat myself that am having fun time is to push myself to a movie!. Even when I feel sulky, sleepy with red veins in eyes.
Madagascar is one of the movies I would never forget. Watched the first part with my brother and Shiva back in Bangalore which turned out to be a total fun. Good ol’ memories. Second shot, Escape 2 Africa, didnt impress as the first did, like many others.
But this one, is more of a serious one and more of a what? A current situation of economic downturns? Or was it just sounded to me every time the character Vitaly sounded like “Italy”.
Movies should surprise in every possible way. Or they lose us. I didnt have expectations, but from the start, bits and pieces of surprises, timing of the jokes worked very well.
I indulged with a Ben& Jerry Vanilla ice cream which I had to finish fast so that I wont miss any frames. Starts with as usual their wish to go back to New York, but ends up in a real good acceptable scenario. What we just loved from the first part, “I like to move it”, continues here and there with more beats to shake. Yea, shake it, if you can!.
Graphics, won. Colors and graphics are rich and they tried to capture every possible expressions. You cant say you didnt enjoy it.
Went with my own sleepy head, came out fresh and infact my couple of weeks of gloomy mood faded away. Thank ya all. Love you Alex, Marty, Melman and Gloria!.
