Caught using my mobile last weekend. So ignore the clarity..
Following is the city center of Singapore. On the banks of the Singapore river (actually backwater), famous institutions, banks are there. Singapore has a interesting history and so this river.
Read for fun.
Singapore Flyer: Launch date Aug-2008. But opened booking for the ride. Best example to read about their out of the box thinking.

Center: Esplanade (Just the half is visible from here). Famous for its acoustical extremes.
On the left Stamford (swissotel) Hotel. Till 2003 it was the tallest hotel in Asian region.
Singapore’s showpiece. Merlion. Half of Lion and the rest is fish.
Singaporean govt. luv to buy sand from Indonesia to dump on the sea to spread Singapore land.
On the same way, to celebrate NDP (National day or Independence day), they have formed seating arrangements on the river.
See above: locate blue, yellow, red, green seats.
another view of Esplanade
Bridges on the river. Specialty is architectural importance.
Around 13 bridges are there. Each & every one special on its own theme.
Another view.
Merlion with the skyscrapers backdrop.
Sweet mix of the day & the night. I cant believe the quality of 2 mega pixel cam.
Another one
Same place just 5 mins back from the other view.
Just like that..
Just the merlion
